Hi,

My visa is finished on the 4th, how strict are they on that date?

I remember a few times I was a day or 2 late for the 90 day reporting and it was fine.

Its just I dont have anything to do on the 5th and rather do it all then.

So any experiences?

Visa or Extension, if it expires then if on extension you would have to start the process again, go before.

Why have you left it sooo late, it can be done weeks in advance without losing any time, if on extension.

You can apply up to 30 days early, without losing any days. if you go after th date, you will be on overstay. Normally you will not have to leave the country, but they will fine you 500 baht day for overstay before they give you the extension.

Only when the expiry date fals on a holiday or weekend can you apply late, provided you do so the first day immigration is open again.

OK,

I have the following

- House registration (copy)

- Passport (Copies)

- Couple passport photos

- Letter from bank stating I got 400K in bank for previous 4 months (I know only 2 month required, but anyway)

- Marriage Certificate (Thai copy)

- Daughter birth Certificate (Thai copy)

- 5 photos of us in front and around the house

Also will take the originals.

Have I missed anything? Does anything need to be certified by my Embassy (Australian)
