Being the wandering sort of chap, I like many others here use email to keep in touch with friends and family back home though internet cafes and so on.

Unfortunately, one of the companies I use ( A UK based one ) has changed from the free model to the paid model. To access my email ( with such advanced features as no spam protection, no bulk folder etc ) they want to charge me 2 pounds 50 pence a month!!!

How long will it be before all email is monthly subscription?
