I really hope I am wrong. I live very near you in Pattaya Lagoon and there has been a number of small dogs stolen here recently. My neighbours dog was stolen from in front of his children. As I said I hope I am wrong and I will keep a look out for it.

it's true that 'toy' dogs like poodles are a target for thieves as everyone wants to own a 'pooden'...all the ones that I've seen are distressed and malnourished and seem to appear and disappear rapidly in the neighborhood...best to keep them under regular supervision if you don't want to lose them...
