I am also all alone and cannot follow the patter merchants as I did before . Please reveal who is where .

We have now got the software patch and will test now and upgrade tomorrow morning.

I have lost the ability to see who is where again . Is it fixable ? Thanks in advance if you can .

What has happened to the count of viewers in past hour? Normally the count is around 14,000, whereas for past few days it is in the 3,000 range.
