Just come a croos this if any one looking for a cheap flight

Qatar Airways currently offers top deals going to Dubai from 170£, New Delhi from 220£, Bangkok from 258£, Beijing from 311£, Jakarta from 353£ and many more, Bali or Phuket for example. All flights leave from Budapest and return to London Heathrow. If you want to return to Austria or Germany, you can also book flights returning to Frankfurt or Vienna. Flights are available from now on until the beginning of June. Bookings at this fares must be made until April 19. Budget flights to Budapest are operated by Ryanair, Wizzair or Easyjet. To find these flights on ebookers.com, you simply need to enter Multi City, e.g. Budapest-Bangkok, Bangkok-London Heathrow.

Whats the catch? The fuel would cost that much per passenger expecially when Qatar fill up the tank at Heathrow.

What are the add ons... double.

Good find OP and i and i am sure most others appreciate people like you who take time to post this sort of thing.

The cheapest i am getting is £350 which is still slightly cheaper than any one way i have found from here, i dont suppose it would be a problem to book the return and just not go on the outbound flight or would it??

The slight downside to it for me is the fairly long stopover in the middle east and the departure time from Bangkok but i would put up with those inconveniences if i could get the £258

For anybody that may have been interested, i did actually find a £258 return flight that returned back to London on a day that suited me which would have made for a really cheap one way flight for me with a good airline...BUT!!..i was informed through ebookers message service that if i did not show up for any of the flight legs then the airline would cancel the remainder of my ticket, so it is a no go.

No need to use eBookers, book direct. It's even cheaper, especially if you hold a charge that doesn't charge for foreign transactions. That will bring the price down to £247 ot thereabouts. Plus eBookers probably charges you extra for paying with a CC.

Stupid comment - why try and flame the OP when he is trying to be helpful ?

Agreed. Sometimes airline schedules throw up deals like this. As I am now a crusty old fart I might not choose to deal with the connections and stopovers but for those who will, excellent deal , great airline.

Not bad, as many are considering avoiding flying out of the UK to avoid the silly taxes. Priced up a few itineraries, all with less than two hour stopover times for £247 plus a connecting flight to Budapest for as little as £32.

Bargain for those who could take advantage.

I have seen sudden prices like this before from Qatar and they are supposed to be one of the best airlines, wish they flew to Australia.
