Premium Service For Settlement Visa?

Hi I've heard from a friend that there is a premium visa service available to speed applications through. He said it can be used for holiday visa applications (if applicant has had visa previously). I was wondering if this is available for settlement visa's also??

My wife is waiting the results of her english test (end of this month) and then she will apply for the settlement visa. So I'm hoping there is a premium service available. Could somebody please clarify the situation for me

There is no premium or priority service for settlement visas.
