Hi, wifey borrowed my samsung galaxy for a call yesterday.

When she had finished I noticed that the 'phone' 'contacts' & 'messenger' shortcuts have disappeared from the permanant taskbar at the bottom of the screen. She has no idea what she did and neither do I as she just handed me the phone back when she finished the call. They are still in the apps pages but I just cant figure out how to put them back to the bottom of the screen.

Any tips?

Maybe go to the apps pages, long press on the desired icon, let's say the the green or blue phone icon, then drag/drop it into the desired location on the dock bar.

Hi, already tried that and all I get at the bottom of the screen is the trash can.

Does your dock-bar scroll?

What model do you have exactly? Stock?

Can you drop it on your home screen? The drag it to the dock-bar?

Have you tried powering off completely and powering on again? This might reset the screen.
