Get a big hi-so sponsor on board and it was done to raise funds for HIV orphans or something, made sure the title was appropriate and eliminate the nudity. Or easy way - at a sex-show bar, without advertising, and then only with very large nightly payments to the BiB. Best of luck with that. . .
