One dead following early morning road crash close to Pattaya-Utapao Airport

SATTAHIP:--A 42 year old man is thought to have fallen asleep as he drove to work and later died from his injuries in Hospital.

Early on Wednesday Morning, Police and rescue services were called to the front of the Pattaya-Utapao Airport to deal with the crash involving a Mazda car driven by Khun Sompop who works for a Honda Showroom in Sriracha District.

The vehicle was seen to come off the main road and fall into a ditch on the roadside at a high rate of speed. He was alone at the time of the crash but Police were able to speak with his family who indicated he had worked long hours for the last week.

1st of May Holiday and besides that...............all showrooms close after 5 p.m.

Working long hours? Yeah right. Being from home for long hours may be a better phrase.
