I'm supposed to call a guest who flies in from Tokyo today. What's up? No number on the internet?!?

No website? No entry in the Bangkok Yellow Pages? The phone rings and rings at the Tourist Information.

Is there a number for Directory Inquiries?

A website is pretty cheap and this is a big place. I'm not getting it.

But then, I keep seeing bizarre business decisions like completing an office tower with 9 floors by 70% and then stopping - for years.

Let's save on basic marketing - we don't want folks to call us!
