Tourist Visa Question?

Hi All, just wondering when i apply for my tourist visas double or possibly triple from down under......and arrive in Thailand the immigration should stamp me for 60 days??? when do you go for the other 30 days available to make the 90 all in???................will more than likely be around Phuket area or Krabi or Koh Samui around the first part of the visa time.....waiting your reply......cheers

With a week or so remaining on the 60 day stay is advisable as it will still start at end of the 60 day stay so nothing lost is doing a bit early. But much earlier can give the impression you are not really a tourist but using this entry for long stay rather than travel/return it is designed to allow.
