Thailand Needs Cricket

Recommended Posts

During which part of the year should the Thai cricket season run?

Ideally we need 4-5 consecutive dry months...

Same as when the 'High Season' starts in Thailand ... November 1

Accordingly you can have some Northern Hemisphere Teams Touring to escape the Northern Winter.

Then they can continue down to Australia for the famous Boxing Day Test at the MCG.

Boys,

Ill be around the next 24 hours..then more off than on for a coupe of weeks.

The Thai GF is coming to OZ to visit and we will be touring the various Cricket Grounds of Australia

I am really looking forward to seeing the cluster of grounds around Parkes/Forbes/Canowindra areas in New South Wales. w00t.gif

I quiver with excitement just at the thought of it all.

I am just about to PM david48 and ask if he could sub for me and double his postings in this thread while im on extended pitch inspection leave. I am reasonably confident he will be up for it. whistling.gif

Thanks boss......I take my floppy green off to you.

You are so much quicker between the wickets than me, myself and I all rolled into one.

Running between the wickets is all about reactions, decision-making and communication.

As soon as the ball leaves the bat you must both decide whether or not it is your call.

If the ball is behind square it is the non-strikers call, or vice-versa.

If it is your call you need to make a quick decision whether a run is possible.

Immediately make a loud and clear call to your batting partner.

Only three calls should be used... "yes", "no" or "waiting".

Great advice and agree 100%

But I'm afraid it's stumps for this little black duck.

Can't keep my eye on the ball at the moment.

Cheers!

Hi there BookMan ... I am sure that your Lassie will be riveted with your touring schedule. Particularly when the temperature drops below Zero in the Tablelands ... she will love you with her cold feet pressed firmly into your back.

Enjoy ...

I have publicly said that I'll wind up things here, however, happy to roll the arm over for a few deliveries while you have Tour obligations.

"H" has to be for Hat-trick

(sorry me not as good as you players with posting attachments..photos, cartoons etc.)

For you Rsquared ... your wish is ... post-104736-0-04415700-1339971119_thumb.

Might assit you also brit1984
