Filling Swimming Pool In Thailand

Featured Replies

Is anyone knowledgeable about filling a swimming pool in Thailand. One builder has said just to fill it from the underground water we use for the house by the hose and not to buy river water. (about 1.5 days he says) and another builder says to buy water but not to get from underground. I am concerned about calcium and iron levels but even more concerned about the cost of the water in Pattaya. It is going to be salt anyway but that shouldn't affect anything.

Good luck getting a straight answer from anyone in thailand re pools- I heard it was all about the same and ended up doing half with hose and then calling in the trucks. I think if you have the time do it from your hose. I just worry about it making problems for the water pump...
