Car Insurance In Koh Samui

Featured Replies

There is an insurance broker in Fisherman's Village, Bophut. As you enter under the big arch, turn right down the first small alley on your right. There are a few houses down there, but it is the one with the AXA sign in the window.

It is called AB Samui Consulting.

Thank you! I was trying to find the reference to this. Was it you (or someone else) who said that you deal with them via your business and they are very professional and settle claims responsibly (or words to that effect?)

I want to upgrade my insurance (Suzuki Jeep worth 120,000B only) but, having recently spent 70,000 baht making it like new(ish) again I'd like to think the extra money for insurance would take this into account.

Thanks,

R

Rob for a vehicle of low value you would be best off only taking out 3rd party property insurance most likely 3,000bt. this cover's any other vehicle or people you might damage but not your vehicle. Also why use a broker unless they are cheep go straight to a reputable insurance company.

Their main office is near the bus station on the left in Naton from Maenam. There's another between the tourist police & Big C on the opposit side of the road.

Been with them for 9 years now. Excellent company, they take care of you when you need them.

It is important whichever company you choose has a representative on the island who can come and help you immediately should you need it imho.
