Even at a Consulate asking to see 400k for multi non immigrant O visa issue it would not likely have to be in account two months - just at time of application. The sixty day rule is an immigration requirement for extensions of stay inside Thailand.

You can get a 2 entry visa that gives a that will be valid for 90 days meaning you must use the 2nd entry on or before it expires. Each entry costs 1000 baht.

A tourist visa give a 60 day entry that can be extended for 30 days at immigration.

They do not count visa exempt entries (the 30 days your got) when they consider your application,

Yes that can be done but you need to ensure the financials are in place 400, ooo In a Thai bank or 4o,ooo bht income as evidenced by your Embassy .

You just go on your last border run on the day that your visa validity expires (or the day before if you are of a nervous disposition)....As they are valid for 12 months you get to stay here for 15 in total (or near enough).

If I haven't got the money to show then I wont be able to go to my local immigration to get the extension I have lived here for 11 years now I have been to my Embassy for proof for marriage purposes & had to have so much income but not sure mentioned 40.000 baht a month. I have 3 daughters under 3 years old ?

Some consulates now have a stricter policy and will not issue a visa based on the birth certificate alone. A note from the mother asking for a visa and stating that you take care of the child is very much advised, together with signed copy of ID-card

Immigration will only grant an extension if you are the legal fahter and did legitimize the child through the court (unless the child is 7 years or older).

I am the legal father of a thai child (5 yo),

along with her birth certificate (with my name as father) and a court order over the shared custody (issued by Chonburi's family court)

i went to the Royal Thai Consulate-general in Savannakhet last thursday (21/08/14) asking for a multi non-O:

visa was refused because i am not in possess of the tabien baan of the child, which i assume is on the mother's book;

since we are divorced i am no longer in contact with that woman (don't know where she lives, cellphone unresponsive) and there's no other way i can access to her tabien baan....

I've tried to explain it to the clerk at the thai consulate, he don't even bother to read the court order, just said "no tabien baan i can give you only tourist visa, single entry"

i had to accept it.

retrieved my passport with tourist visa single entry (1000 baht fee) that same day at 3pm.

The house book registry is one of their firm requirements.

It is possible to get a printout of a house registry at an Amphoe. The consulate should accept that.

They should be able find your child's by entering their ID number in their system.

Also since you have custody of your child you should be able to move their registry to another house book at an Amphoe.

Transport service of our hotel will be providing for Airfare program customer only (Buy-in NND chip THB100.000)
In case that customer not buy-in the program, customer is able to take bus or rent taxi at the airport and the rental is responsed by customer.

Got my new non o marriage visa no probs, all's the same re paper work as previously stated.

Savanvagas is absolute crap, stayed 1 night then went to Daosavanh resort, much better.
