There's been a new condo built in the past couple of years on the corner of the moat where Hasadeesawee Road is - near to Computer Plaza and Icon Square. Does anyone know what it's called and whether they have a website please?

cheers

Do you remember what type of unit that price was for? Studio, One Bedroom or other?

That's the one. Did the price include electricity, internet and water? Bit expensive if not

I cannot recall the name of the building, but I have been in it looking at the rooms. As far as I know, the rooms are studio units, and there are a few different layouts for them. The 690 baht is for one night, and there is a weekly and monthly rate as well, but electricity and water charges are tacked on at the end. I wouldn't call this place a condominium like the OP does, it is rather a serviced apartment.
