Looking For 2Bed/Bath Condo Suggestions

Hello,

We are 2 adult farang guys looking for a 2 bed/bath condo. We're total bachelors and business partners (computer work) who want our own connected bathrooms, some kind of work space that is not too close to the TV, a kitchen and a laundry machine. Specifically, we'd like a place with 2 king size beds, 2 desks/tables, a few chairs, a couch and TV. We want the place to be pretty new and nice looking. Our budget is up to 30,000 THB/month, but maybe we could pay slightly more if the place was awesome enough. For location we slightly prefer the west or northwest side of the town, but overall it doesn't matter too much as long as the place isn't too far from the moat. Finally, it is important that we can get our own internet connection in the place. 3bb or true cable are both fine for this.

If you have any general suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it. If you have any specific recommendations you can also PM it to me.

We are looking to move in before the 25th of this month. We've got no problems giving a couple months rent for deposit, either. We are fine with signing a long term lease.

I remember seeing a unit similar to what you describe at the Embassy House on the east side of the river. It is a condo building, and I guess that you would have to check with the management there to see if there are any units available for rent.

I remember seeing a unit similar to what you describe at the Embassy House on the east side of the river. It is a condo building, and I guess that you would have to check with the management there to see if there are any units available for rent.

If that is the one next to the Pun Pun restaurant I have heard that they have some very nice units. When I tried to get in to see the management a maid came up to me and said that they only had ones for sale.

When talking to the owner of the Pun Pun restaurant he told me that they did have rentals but the maid was trying to stop people from looking in. So if you go to look be persistent about seeing management.

It is actually no where near where you want to be.

I recently used Perfect Homes to find a condo to rent and the owner was very helpful. They had lots of different condos in that price range to show me. Might be worth checking out there page or giving them a call.
