Short Time Rent In Chiang Mai (1 Month+)

I will be staying in Chiang Mai for about a month, from the 6th of June to the second week in July, and I am looking for a place. I will be there with my son (14 years) and in the beginning of July my wife will join us.

We would prefere a place with 2 bedrooms and with a balcony or a garden, be it an apartment, bungalow or a villa. The budget something between 10.000-25.000 baht for the month, isn´t that reasonable? Would not hate it if it had access to swimming pool and a tennis court.

Not sure about in which area we would like to stay, but would love to hear some recommendation in that regard. We planning to rent a car during our stay there so maybe location doesn't matter too much?

Any suggestions and tips would be appreciated.

Sa-Nguan Malee Mansion, near Chiang Mai University's large, leafy campus. Very safe cul de sac. Very nice owners. Their suites fit your description well. I lived there for months and was delighted.
