Is Thailand Really As Wonderful As We All Make It Out To Be?

We all wake up in the morning, walk on to the balcony to wonderful sunshine. Our biggest worry of the day is where we are going for breakfast, should I go to the beach etc etc.

Does anyone out there miss routine?

The majority of people I know who are considerably older, spend there days drinking in the cheapest bar, then they go home.

Putting the the sun and women to one side. What's the difference between home and Thailand?

To me your lives look pretty boring, your still grumpy, you still watch Coronation Street, talk rubbish most of the time. Nothing more than you are back home.

I am a young man, I have a lovely wife and son here, and have spent the majority of the past 7 years in Thailand. I enjoy it here as much as I do back home.

I go to Ruen Thai, King Seafood, Hilton etc for dinner, I relax on cosy beach with my family.

I find the longer people stay here, they make them self cheap, make there lives boring and end up hating the place.

This is my opinion, I don't want people to read and feel I have said something out of place.
