I am looking for a real cooking school in Thailand!

I had visited a lot of sites where you can find 5 or 7 lessons of thai dishes, and recepies, but what I am really looking for is a cooking school, where I can get a Chef diplome and not just 10 lessons and the recepies!!

Do you have any clue of where should I look to find this?

The only ones I know of that offer thorough courses - say one year - with diplomas are the UFM Cooking & Baking School and Rajabhat University at Suan Dusit. Both use Thai as the medium of instruction. UFM also does a 10-day course for foreigners, in English.
