Xbox 360 Mods Or A Place To Buy Legit Games?

I just had my xbox 360 shipped over and need too do the following Modify it for 1000-1500 Baht at MBK or find a place for legit games. The power issue was easy just using a land anchor of a power converter. Anyone have any good stories about shops that are good at what they do? I know the games range from 100-150 Baht depending on stupid the Thais think you are. Anyone try Pantip? Thanks in advance and I already know I can't play xbox live.

Best shop that i know of is in MBK on 6th floor... I forgot the name but its next to the escalator going down and near the Boots pharmacy...

I actually want to see if anyone knows of a shop that rents out new xbox 360 games as that way, price should be good and will also have the ability to play online without hassel.
