My neighbor Urinated In My Garden...

I have traveled the world and seen some unusual habits here and there, but in all honestly, for sure the natives here take the first prize in having some of the scummiest individual you can meet on earth between them.

I know that no official statistics on this front have been published yet, but for what i can see in the everydays life, i have some fair ground to reinforce my personal opinions with any passing day.....

I have seen Thais just go out and pee against a three in the village here. Even if their house is much closer. Been in some drinking sessions and i was amazed that instead of walking to his home he chose the tree.

Our house is adjacent to the park (normal suburbs of BKK) and you see people taking a leak in the park too who have houses in the village. I can understand it for outsiders as there are no public toilets. Anyway its not a day to day occurrence but definitely more then where i come from.

Get a dog

My house has the most shade of the street thanks to my tall trees.

At night drunks used to come and piss on my fence (still smelly in the morning sun)

During the day I get people stop to make their call

And I had to listen to their obnoxious conversation

Since I got 4 dogs none of that nuisance ever again tongue.png

I don't think I have seen any Thais urinating in my garden... Maybe they're just trying to tell you something? wink.png To be fair, if I was Thai and you went around calling Thai people 'scummy individuals' I would sure as hell piss in your garden too! Psh! whistling.gif

He should piss in his own garden; it keeps strays away and stops Cats crapping there as well.

If this is true, then I am going to have to start peeing in my garden, because my dogs sure as hell don't keep the strays out at night. Do you know where you can buy tiger pee??smile.png

No idea where to buy Tiger pee but you can buy mine. On second thoughts I'd better not sell it as I have no work permit !

I'm afraid it is expensive to import, but the good news is you can make your own.

Drink 10 bottles of tiger beer and just pull down your pants and suffocate the ants.

taxi drivers piss on our wall along the street, then eat noodles there the next morning

We have the same problem with bus and coach drivers who sit here all day and night getting pissed, only interupting their drinking to piss, drive and sleep. They are too lazy to walk 30 metres to the toilet and just piss where they drink, eat and sleep.

It's not all the coach drivers, some don't drink with them and drive home in their pick ups to their houses with their wives and kids, while the drinkers either sleep on the piss stained floor or on the coaches.

I just can't workout why some drivers manage to get on further in life than others.

Refuse to pay them...they will soon drift away to another farang household.

If this outstanding individual was on my paycheck, he would have been relieved from whatever position he would have been pretending to occupy sooner than he would realize....

I don't foul around my own garden or in public view of any passer by, i am also the only foreigner in the village....

I think this must be a very localised local behaviour - very very localised..... maybe even down to the level of just the OP's garden.

I don't look much on neighbours's gardens, i am way too busy with my one to focus on other people properties, but my wild guess is that you are right GuessHouse wink.png

Bear in mind, this was not a random drunk, but a neighbour with whom i never had any sort of interaction before, probably living few blocks down the road and coming into my land from another neighbour which sides "my land", i believe he's older brother as they look very similar...

My idea of why this provocations are happening, have roots into the way these local people behave and i reported it in the past, to resume the concept in a few words, if you gave them something(money, food, whatever else) they will talk between them on how little the farang is giving them, if you give them nothing, then they would start saying how the farang is stingy and attached to his valuables, so, at this point, they might just be trying to start a confrontation, to find a way to be sure i would have to stay away from home and just depredating anything they could put their dirty hands into.....

Now i hope people would not start with the usual "yes but they are poor and have no other way to go on if they don't steal..." , no! there are tons of jobs around, i always have money available to any person willing to work, BUT these people are lazy to say the least and having to earn some money honestly is not even the last of their concerns, they must outsmart the foreigners with some tricks to just show up their innate superiority, always

As long as it's onto grass or a bush or tree where there's some sort of absorbency then fine, it's probably good. But not onto concrete/asphalt, because then it builds up and reeks.

I say we organize a TV event to get pissed then go by Surayu's and piss biggrin.png

It had rained quite a lot earlier, most of the land wasn't absorbing the water anymore.

Let me know if you can find enough revellers for the event, have you decided a name for it yet? Maybe "Cholera's Nostalgia" or something similar?

You're right of course. "These people", "the natives" and the "scummiest individuals" are lazy, stupid and dishonest, and you are naturally superior to them in all ways.

And of course they are peeing on your garden because you don't give them money.

I presume they urinate on your fence and not actually enter the garden. Get it wired up with some electricity (not too much) . Make a video, post it on youtube and share the link.

We do not have this in our hood.

No sorry, he went deep into the garden, made sure he was in full view and despite being asked what he wanted and told to leave, offered a toilet, etc....he declined and showed a clear will to start a fight, he wasn't drunk and had many of his fellows primates looking at him on the neighbour land, they had something in mind methinks

Edit:

Been thinking about an electric fence for a while now and did some research into it, too busy with other stuff lately but that's something i will have to go for.

There is a video already, you can see from the body language that he's there to fight (quick movements, facial expression, etc)

Not sure if the dinamic of the events are that clear to you, it's not that all out of the blue one person decides to take an action, mine is a reaction to an event, if the event wouldn't have taken place, then there wouldn't be a reaction to it, got it now?

Edit: added the word "out"

Taking tthis kind of action (electric fence) seems like a recipe for disaster, especially as you are the only falang in the village. It appears you already have a few locals offside, I think you might exacerbate the situation, a la Straw Dogs.

No i am not superior by any means, but i have some self respect and give respect to whom deserve it, for sure i wouldn't stretch myself to extreme lenghts to try to justify the crap coming out of someone else, only because they are the natives and so they are entitled -to the eyes of someone- to whatever hideous act they might come out with.....so how's the tea in the gulag this morning? laugh.png

I have seen many Brits pissing in the streets back home but I don't infer from this that British people are scum.

It is not nationality, but rather a person's personal beliefs / behaviour, that determines if they are scum.

Based on the OP's derogatory stereotyping of Thai people in the intro to this thread, I think he is scum.
