All University graduates on your list or just the english speaking hookers ? I would guess the problem has more to do with hookers than english speaking Thai's. Nocturn you do you they use english in Thai Universitys don't you ? My point being they don't need to study abroad to lean it in College or University where ever did i say they needed to go abroad to learn english?
