Beach Hotel Near Ratchaburi

Featured Replies

Hi i am looking for a Hotel near Ratchaburi as me and my brother-in-law are fishing for a week there and then would like to stay by the beach somewhere with things to do and some night life as always dont want to spend too much money on a hotel but want something thats quiet nice ....we will need somewhere to stay for about 5 nights and would like to spend 2 nights in Bangkok before coming home to the uk(any ideas on where to stay in Bangkok would be good) .....Also how much it would cost to get to Bangkok from where we stay and what would be the best form of transport to do so

Thanks for any help

Hi davejbee,

The nearest place would be Cha-Am - Hua Hin.

By the way, where are you going to fish in Ratchaburi? smile.png

Mini Buses run from Hua Hin not too much 150-300 baht ?

Is the OP aware that Ratburi isnt a beach resort? As mentioned, Cha am would be the nearest beach resort with any life and being low season probably best to go that bit further to Hua Hin.

Do you realize that Ratchaburi is not a beach town and you are about 120 km from Cha Am and 140 to Hua Hin? It's about 3 km from my home. Not much night life in Ratchaburi for farangs, you could go to the Cowboy Cafe not far from you one night.
