Subway on the beach road. I asked for a cup with ice from the very curt and disinterested staff, but was told they don't have cups or sell fountain drinks at all despite the fountain drink machine sitting there. I guess theft became such an issue they did away with it, yet this sign remained.

In front of Patong police station today. I like the people partying in the corner of the banner. lol

Thai's use the same word for "bag" as they do for "condom" determined by context. So I am told this sign, when you apply the context of it sitting next to a shelf of condoms reads: "In order to reduce global warming, could you please not use a condom?"

I think that the Thai means "do not swing/hang on statues" I guess that the sign is outside a temple and they don't want people clambering over the Buddha statues.

Looks like they could have used Google Translate which I have found to be hopeless,I use Thai to English now if I have to.
