Apartment In Surin?

June through August I'm going to up in Isan, in Surin actually. I needed some info on whether I could get an apartment or something similar instead of staying in a hotel. The cheap hotel I stayed in last time was 320 baht a night which comes out to about 10,000 baht a month. I figured I could save some baht if I payed monthly. Is it hard to find an apartment up in the northeast? Any info would be great, like comparisons on apartment prices.

Thanks a lot!

(PS)

Is renting a motorbike in Surin out of the question?I never got around to checking last time I was there.
