Do We Have To Pay True Visions?

Simple question.

I signed a contract with true visions for the to supply me with TV. Part of that contract included Thai channels eg. channels 3, 5, 7 etc. I have tuned into channel 3 to watch the football but it was blocked. Do I have to pay?

I am sure there is small print and this is Thailand so I will leave you to guess my answer.

But aren't many of the Thai channels free to air?

Pay, if you don't want to find your signal permanently blocked one day, a black mark against your name and a court order issued for payment. Thai companies will go the legal route for the smallest amount of non payment. If you feel aggrieved (rightly so) email True customer service in Bangkok with your complaint and see what can be sorted out. My guess is nothing because True's signal was blocked and the fact that they are a bunch of and let themselves get into this position so late, is irrelevant.

Be nice if they showed the Olympics to compensate.......oops there flies another pig.
