Hi all , my now wife came over to stay last year on a fiancee visa and we got married and then applied in january for a FLR(m) visa we got a letter about 2 weeks later for bio metrics , we did that today we got a letter and its asking for original copys of tenency agreement this is in my name , council tax bill , 3 months of bank statements and a letter of who is staying at my property , i have spoken to the council and proof of tenancy is fine but they cannot provide a letter stating who lives here ??? also 3 months of bank statments is this my bank ? as she doesnt have a account here yet as UKBA has had her passport for 5 months , im stuck please any info would be great ,

i thought that after flr visa this is when they need bank statments for her etc

thanks

They want to check that she still meets tha maintenance and accommodation requirements.

Yes, it is your bank.

You can write the statement of who lives at the property.
