Any specialists in cutting kids hair?

Where they know how to distract them and get on with a haircut.

what age are we talking about? with the little ones the parents just grab them and shear off the excess as required...with school aged kids they are expected to sit quietly and take it...

I hate to see my little 9 y.o. niece get sheared with the 'school girl bob' as she has lovely hair but ye gotta keep the peace with the school facists...and a hair dresser always cuts her hair and no one else touches it (so sez her uncle tutsi who supervises with arms folded and not amused...)
