Can someone please expand on the Thai law on slander? Having been accused of it by PM following my recent posting I am a not sure if I should be taking legal advice.

If you speak it, it's slander. If you write it, it's libel. If the sender doesn't know the difference, I wouldn't worry about it.

But in Thailand, the law for such thing is such that you can charge someone with libel for writing a bad review of your restaurant, even if the review is 100% true.
