True Overcharging On Sms Watch Out!

Featured Replies

1: I noticed my top ups weren't lasting very long, and recently i put 50 bht and sent 2 6 or 7 word sms's. Shortly after I receive message saying I had 37 bht left ! ! !

I rang there "customer service" (its a joke) and they eventually told me that i had sent smss with more than 160 letters so 2 smss had to be sent.

I told them that their system is incorrect and they are overcharging me and could they fix it and give me my credit back.........NO they couldn't.

I would have to go to a TRUE SHOP AND SHOW THEM THE SMSS.

So I'm paying for the call to their service and I will have to spend time to prove that thier system is ripping me off.

2: They were sending me spam so I rang their service center AT MY EXPENSE to have them stop, the woman on the phone began asking me questions

which on a pre paid acc has no bearing, I politely asked her to make them stop and that my details are not needed.

The spam continued

I will be getting my credit back using it and throwing their sim away

Beware true

Seems they've embarked on a gouge the customer campaign. I was recently forced switched to True-H with the claims that it is fasted etc. It is not, there is no change at all from TrueMove either in speed of range of service. When I was moved I got a message from them saying my previous post-paid plan would not change. I just got an SMS from them yesterday telling me I have 1 hour of WiFi now, when I had unlimited last month. I also just got one saying my SMS in now limited to 100 down from 300. My 3G fair use deal was 3 gig before throttling it is now 1.5 gig. At the moment I am looking at about half the service for the same price. That's right - the price doubled in one month. Bye-bye True
