I seem to recall along the southbound side a bunch of Thai-style heavy furniture stores/stalls. Can anyone confirm? Need to pick up a new couch. If you can stand the drive over the mountains to mae sot better can be had for less money. They are about 30km down from Tak on both side's of the road now, but most on the left side on the way down.
