Man with axe arrested at Central Pattaya Apartments

PATTAYA:--Police were called to an apartment complex in Central Pattaya in the early hours of Wednesday to investigate reports of a crazed man wielding an axe at the location.

Police arrived and were told the man was seen on the roof of the complex. Communication with him was attempted but he was only rambling and residents could not understand him. Police arrived and began a search for the man who was eventually found hiding in the loft.

Witnesses claimed to have seen the man, later named as Khun Huang aged 47, earlier in the day, walking up the stairs of the complex. The man was arrested and continued to make no sense when questioned by Police
