August 21, 201610 yr Your welcome ATX I like the 3rd image of that last set you posted, the contrast of the white Chedi against the blue sky is really nice. Just out of curiosity, what did the 1st & 2nd image look like, before you edited them?
August 21, 201610 yr edited ? I don't think so; but often I must edite a post because my " copy/paste" function doesn't work well; often I past the photo I have copy in the post before, ; for example, in the lign "vehicles" I have copy a photo of bicycles and thought I past that photo but seeing my reply I saw a photo of the Wat of That Phanom.. Don't know why my computer works like that.
August 21, 201610 yr My apologies ATX! What I meant was, the editing on the photograph itself. What did it look like before you edited it?
August 21, 201610 yr Sorry; I understand now; the first one " brut de pomme" as we say in french, And the second I did a little work but a quick one with FastStone

August 21, 201610 yr Popular Post Cheer Jim,will get you some new glasses, for Christmas!!! ATX, This is only my personal thoughts, but for me you have lifted the shadows too high,to try and regain detail in the over underexposed areas of the first image. The second one looks fine (not edited),maybe just a bit of contrast and cropping.Would it be OK with you,if I had a go at editing the first image? If so then I can post it here or via a PM.........Also,if that is your style of editing and you like it that way, then I apologize and forget I ever mentioned anything.

It's usually very quiet, and, with all due respect, it's like my playground there. I can spend 2 or 3 hours there just shooting this and that up to my mood... I sometimes met with the "head monk" (in its middle age and very open minded) and had some quick gentle chats together. Monks like to know their neighborhood... Another pic from Wat Sampaka: Thanks for your interest, Shaggy
