June 27, 201214 yr Why do we not have an Images of Chiang Mai thread pinned, other local forums have that type of thread and I enjoy looking through them. There must be some amazing images waiting to be shown to the world out there. Edited June 27, 201214 yr by theblether
June 27, 201214 yr With the exception of dave2 and a couple of others all the photos here are of hamburgers and fish and chips.
June 27, 201214 yr With the exception of dave2 and a couple of others all the photos here are of hamburgers and fish and chips. Yeah, but there's thousands of them.
June 27, 201214 yr Author With the exception of dave2 and a couple of others all the photos here are of hamburgers and fish and chips. I like hamburgers.........where's the best place in town to get them???? Sorry, I'll get my coat.
June 27, 201214 yr Author That's a fair point about Dave2, he has a excellent and varied library of photos........but they disappear into the ether as the threads die away. The Songkran images thread went well too.......I reckon we're missing out on a simple opportunity to get the best photos in the one place. Just sayin'

Dave2's Best of Chiang Mai Thanks very much Tywais........any chance of pinning it? Why a picture with no point of reference is not exactly always that interesting. I looked through some of the pictures and they were certainly beautiful but most of them needed an explanation to be of interest. And they would all need to be larger easier to see the point to them. June 27, 201214 yr Almost everytime a photo is posted on the forum, one has to have a 42" extra wide screen to see it and the text without having to scroll back an forth. No photos please, until this glitch is fixed.
June 27, 201214 yr I remember now what happened to the pinned photos of Chiang Mai topic, it was moved to the Thailand and Siam History Photographs forum.
June 27, 201214 yr Superb snags on NH Soi 7 > Great pictures Rob but they need a little text with them like where they were shot. It gives them a little bit of a life of there own. I live here in Chiang Mai and have no idea of where the squirrel would be shot. The side walk cart can be from many different places in Thailand.

June 28, 201214 yr Author TWO FOR ONE SALE There's something faintly comical about that photograph of the pigs heads, you've got a good eye for the absurd Dave2 . Edited June 28, 201214 yr by theblether
June 28, 201214 yr I took this photo from the top of the big wheel during the Royal Flora in february. Its next door to the night safari. I think its the most impressive temple in CM
June 28, 201214 yr I would also share some photos of CM, if there was a special place for it. Wat Chedi Luang Wat Phra Singh Doi Suthep View Point
June 28, 201214 yr Author Wecome to Thaivisa Quadro Excellent photos, and the view from Doi Suthep is quite superb. @eyecatcher..........that is quite stunning Edited June 28, 201214 yr by theblether
