I've got a 4 am flight departure from Suvarnabhumi Airport can anybody tell me

how frequent trains travel from Makkasan Airport Rail Link terminal to Suvarnabhumi Airport

how long it takes from the hotel to the airport.

how much a one way train ticket costs

I'll be staying at the FX Makkasan Hotel which I am told is only 5 minute walk to the Makkasan Airport Rail Link terminal .
