Worst Indian Food I'Ve Ever Had

Featured Replies

Well, i debated about writing this as the owners quite an old man but it seems with a bunch of fake trip advisor reviews and only the recent ones being honest I'd see if any other guys had tried the place. I know my indian curry, as did the Pakistani girl I was with and a bunch of other people and this food barely even resembled indian food! Everything was like it was the cheapest pre packaged frozen meal, then had water added to it to make it even worse before being sold on random coloured cheap plates and cutlery with zero presentation. The chicken tikka massala didnt have marinated meat inside, it was just plain chicken in a tasteless sauce that had no cream or barely any herbs... it was more like a water soup with some flour for thickness and curry powder. The rogan josh and vindaloo both tasted almost exactly the same, no idea what this guy is on, thinking he can serve this shit... I could even taste Worcestor (spelling) sauce in my "tikka massala".

If he somehow reads this I hope he gets a cookery book cause its not too late to try and learn some basic dishes... Use the pastes and slowly build up your menu with what you can actually make. I might add his menu was for an old restaurant in a different name... Zero effort, zero marks out of 10.

If I feel like eating Indian food (about once per month) I go to Khan Baba in Kata. Yellow dahl, mutton curry, nan bread, Mango lassy. Never disappointed.
