Does anyone out their know a company that can make us a large animal enclosure, 12m x 4m x 2m high similar to the one in the photo, at a reasonable cost, we have seen many Metal fencing panels around Pattaya but can't seem to find anyone that actually makes them, get your thinking caps on guys this is an urgent project that we need doing so that we can put some of our 50 cats outside instead of indoors all the time.

Don't know the answer to your question, but I would start with a visit or phone call to one of the local stray animal centres - and ask them who built their enclosures.

I think there are several in the area. Here is a link to one of them.
