6,600 troops take part in war games exercise at Sattahip Navy Base

SATTAHIP:--An annual war games exercise took place at the Sattahip Navy Base on Friday involving 6,600 troops from the Army,Navy and Air Force.

The respective heads of each branch of the Military were in attendance to witnesse the War Games Excercise take place which is held to ensure troops are ready for any incident which may occur which requires military intervention.

The annual exercise has been taking place at the main Beach within the Sattahip Navy Base since 1980 and allows each branch of the Thai Forces to come together and work on various scenarios to ensure they are able to work together should the need arise.

That would explain the fighter jets and helicopters over Huay Yai yesterday then!!, and here was me thinking Cambodia was away to get their arse kicked for shooting at a Thai aeroplane!!
