Turn up the volume on Sophon movie channel so I can just here the Actors speak, as soon as an action scene starts the back ground volume nearly blows the bloody windows out!!! Grrrrrrw00t.gif What is the problem, seems like every channel has a different volume setting.annoyed.gif

It's called Auto Volume or something like that, but I have turned on Auto Volume on all my TV Sets and still the volume is way off.

It happens a lot with the sub titled movies, they seem to lower the volume of the speech but keep the sound effects at normal volume.

Sophon audio at my residence has been a botched mess since they reconfigured channels, etc. several months ago.

The movie channels only have one channel of audio(left) and voice levels are wrong on it.

Problem is from source(Sophon), international channels (BBC, etc.) work normally.

If anyone knows an EFFECTIVE way to report, request assistance with this I would appreciate hearing it.l
