I have approx 8 rai on Lampang-Denchai Hwy, Lampang, to be utilised as farming business. Plus another 3 rai nearby that can possibly be acquired if needed. And your're right, teak will take approx 10 years before you can make money out of it. As mentioned ealier, another 4 rai neaby may be acquired if needed.
