Five Siblings

Hi, I am new to this forum and I hope you can help me with my first post.

One of my best friends past away a couple of days ago and I am doing a tattoo in his honour. He is Thai and I am going to have a text saying

five siblings on my left arm.

I have troubles finding the right phrase in Thai.

ห้าพี่น้องร่วมบิดามารดา ?

ห้าพี่น้อง ?

What do you recommend?

A long time ago there was a well known restaurant in the nearest town to my wife's village called the Saam Phii Noong. So I think that, although a bit idiomatic, ห้าพี่น้อง may be correct for this situation and may even serve as a noun phrase "the five sybilings" in certain contexts. You might need to consult with a few Thais on this one.

Remember that when Thai people count siblings they include themselves. You might actually want six, rather than five.

The famous 4 brothers noodles cart franchises are called ชายสี่ (chai 4) if that's any help.
