I posted a few months ago that yingluk would be #1 if she introduced motorbike compulsory wearing of helmets, the benefits of saved lives multiplying from day 1 of introduction.

The reason I am writing today is my girlfriends uncle hit a dog whilst riding his motorcycle suffering horrendous injuries dying the next day despite hospital aid.He was a tremendous person, a school teacher of long standing, his new wife of only a year was studying to be a doctor, & only in his late thirties.

R. I.P. pen.

His funeral will be the next few days in Amnat Chareon, ubon Ratchathani

From the way the BIB carry on in Pattaya I thought it was already compulsory to wear one....unless your a school age kid or just popping down to 7/11 or it's too hot to wear one.

It has been compulsory for many many years - enforcement however - that's another issue!
