Dlts In Bkk Open Hours

Hello,

Could anyone please provide the open hours for the DLTs in Bangkok area? Do they work on weekends?

Need to buy a used car and wonder if that could be all done over the weekend...

Department of Land Transportation (DLT) Government offices are open from 8.30 am to 12 noon and 1.00 pm to 4.30 Closed Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

Bringing this topic back from the dead... been googling to find the opening hours for the DLT office in Bang Chak but no luck. Saw an article saying 8:00am-4:30pm but that was dated back in 2010... does anyone know what time it opens? I want to avoid the lines and get in and out as quickly as possible as I finally have a morning off to go and do this.. Thanks in advance!
