HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA (BNO NEWS) -- A man accused of injecting several people's buttocks with cement and other substances as a form of cosmetic surgery was charged with manslaughter in Broward County, Florida after one of his patients died, according to officials.

The man, 32-year-old transvestite Oneal Morris, who the victims allegedly knew as 'Dutchess', was paid hundreds of dollars to inject their buttocks, breasts, and thighs with an unknown substance, according to the Broward County Sheriff's Department. He was arrested in Hollywood, Florida and charged with manslaughter after one of his patients died.

Once he had been paid, Morris would allegedly inject bathroom caulk, cement, Super Glue, Fix-A-Flat and mineral oil into the bodies of his victims. He would then use super glue and cotton balls to seal the injection sites up.

Shatarka Nuby, a 32-year-old mother, passed away in March after receiving what an assistant medical examiner called “massive systemic silicone migration†as a consequence of cosmetic silicone injections. Before her death, Nuby had complained to friends and relatives that the injections sites became hard and hot and that her skin turned black. She also wrote a letter to Department of Health investigators before her death.

Morris turned himself in on March 12 to face charges including practicing medicine without a license and practicing medicine without a license resulting in serious injury. He was released the same day. On Thursday, prosecutors charged him with one count of manslaughter for the crime.

Morris had been arrested several times previously for performing cosmetic procedures without a license in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Some of the women developed complications and infections after the injections. Nuby was the only one whose symptoms became fatal.

The OP says that according to the Sheriff the Dutchess was paid to do it, paid to inject unknown substances. Thats sounds like he did it on request.

Probably misleading wording here. More likely is that his customers paid money because he promised to perform proper cosmetic surgery.

Sounds like he/it could buy the material used, at home pro, wonder what kind of examination/iperating room was used? A ocean view lounge chair??? Not sure who is more daft the one providing the service or those paying /receiving it.

The ones paying for it IMO. My son is a medical doctor and even with 10 years of training, to get his license to inject Botox, he had to go back to college another year and do a brief residency with a licenced doctor in that field.

i used to listen to a radio show in america called love line, very funny show. they had a spot called florida or germany, where they would read a crazy story like this and you had to guess where, florida or germany, it was always one for the 2. they seem to be the 2 world hubs for crazy shit.

99 percent of the time, the doc in a spa does not do Botox. Usually, the girls doing are not even nurses. Docs nay do fillers such as juvaderm, restalyne and etc., but I have seen many offices where assistants do the fillers also. I cannot every remember a doc doing Botox injections.

I think they should let him go. All of his clients were STUPID enough to pay him chump change to inject something in them to make them look better. The same procedure by a licensed physician would cost a lot of money. If you're that stupid you clearly should not be allowed to go on living .. you're probably dumb enough to vote republican.
