If you are in Sansai, one of the doctors (Dr. Piyapong or Mor Aaa as he is known) has a clinic in the evenings 18:00-20:00 on the road going to the Sansai post office. He will do vaccinations there but surgery must be done at the hospital.

Highly recommended. We only see Mor Aaa but the woman Doctor is good too.
