If you are referring to the Classifieds sub forum, that is a direct feed from the Thaivisa Classifieds site and as such no direct topic generation can be done. You just use the Thaivisa Classifieds and it will show up in that sub forum.

Well i have the same problem starting new topic , i tryed to use " Thaivisa clessifieds" and tryed different sections but couldn't find " forum" section, does anyone can give me advice?

There is no forum section in classifieds.

The classifieds forum takes its feed from the classifieds area, start an ad in a relevant area and it will appear in the forum automatically.
