I posted this earlier, and it wa removed to Classifieds. Trouble is, in Classifieds there are cats to adopt in Bangkok and Surat Thani, but none in Chiang Mai. Honorable Moderator, please leave this post here. The social good of my wanting to adopt a kitten in CM far outweighs the bureaucratic offense of posting in the only venue where I can reach the target audience.
