Does anyone know where I can find a commercial sized wood chipper? We have severly pruned a large number of trees and would prefere not to burn.

I have seen ones elsewhere that trailer behind a truck that can take up to medium sized logs while blowing the wood chips into the vehicle for later use as mulch.

Any ideas or information greatly appreciated.

I haven't a clue.

I just want to congratulate you on doing the right thing.

I saw a bunch of them for sale at the Tree and Plant Expo a few months ago at the Agro Center, They must be around C.M. somewhere. Didn't get the prices though. Should have, as I need one now.

Would a chipper with a 5 hp Honda engine be big enough? If so, PM me with your e-mail address and I'll send you a picture of a business card and phone number. I also have the name and number of the company that manufactures them. I was thinking maybe we could arrange a group buy. I probably will not look at this thread again.
