Chalerm tries to frame Democrats: Suthep

BANGKOK: -- Deputy Prime Minister Chalerm Yoobamrung has a hidden agenda to force the Democrats to quit opposing the reconciliation bill, Democrat MP Suthep Thaugsuban said on Friday.

Suthep alleged that Chalerm had recently targetted him and Democrat Party leader Abhisit Vejjajiva for the special investigation in connection with the 2010 political strife.

The recent publicity about the Department of Special Investigation to uncover the political overseers who gave the order to kill the red shirts was a ploy to push for reconciliation, seen as a whitewash of former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra, he said.

"I believe Chalerm has been pressuring the DSI to frame me," he said.

He said he had nothing to fear for because neither Chalerm nor the DSI could act beyond the mandate given to them under the judicial process.

He said Chalerm tried to mislead the public into believing that there was fresh evidence to prosecute him and Abhisit.

Chalerm claimed snipers were deployed to shoot at the people but the fact is there was no such deployment, he said.

What Chalerm was trying to achieve was to attribute the deaths as killed by soldiers in order to prosecute the political overseers of the emergency situation, he said.

He said he would not allow the government to rewrite history involving the red shirts.

"I will not bow to pressure by using the litigation to force my concession on reconciliation," he said.

He said under the rule of law, he found it unacceptable to help a convict like Thakin to evade punishment.

Don't worry Suthep. The public has been aware Thaksin's game for many months.

Why doesn't Chalerm wants to know who the Men in Black Are?

Why doesn't Chalerm wants to know who killed the 20 soldiers and policemen?

Why doesn't Chalerm wants to know who burned Bangkok?

Yeah I know, it's Chalerm.

Chalerm

Is a burned out old man with to much ear medicine.

A two year old could see that the reconciliation bill has nothing to do with reconciliation. It would be more appropriate to name it the white wash bill.

Since when does a bill that will cause a wider political spread get named reconciliation Bill. A reconciliation bill would be as different as night and day from what the PT are claiming to be reconciliation.

But if we would look at his bank account he would look a lot smarter than you and me together.....$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

It is an achievement to make so much money with such a small brain, I really respect that.

Why? You only have to be a ruthless and corrupt criminal. Being rich doesn't necessarily make you smart.

There are many rich people behind bars (yes I know not on LOS) but does that mean they have a small brain or big brain?

Well let's see:

- There are people who have made big money from clever inventions and from clever marketing, but all with ethics and high morals, and

- There are people who, by nature, have no concern for ethics and morals, and will just go right ahead with scaly schemes which other people would consider immoral and unacceptable, regardless of the possible consequences, regardless of the outcry, and when needed shell out some cash to bypass the law.

Simple really.

sorry, but how does what he is saying constitute 'framing'?

Dont worry Nuro its just one nut job talking about another nutter. Both Suthep and Chalerm are short of a few brain cells upstairs. Probably due to copious bottles of Black label :D

Quite right, nobody got shot by the army, they must have run into the bullets that weren't fired anyway, because the weapons had been nicked by the black shirts who haven't been arrested, because they didn't really exist, because they were off duty cops who got recalled to duty and 30,000 soldiers and their officers have no idea who burnt down the buildings because they were there and controlled the area, as the good professionals they are, but they were focused on the 500+ men in black with war weapons who strangely didn't kill many soldiers but shot their own supporters in order to win the sympathy vote and then went on to vaporise themselves................

And there were no army snipers putting bullets into demonstrators heads.

The medics have their own bad karma and were an accident caused by their own stupidity, by being in the wrong place at the wrong time. but anyway the army didn't shoot them, because the strategic vantage points, ordinarily, one would expect, controlled by the military, had been unexpectedly occupied, in full view of several thousand professional soldiers by aliens in black................

My Mother's the Pope............

Can you reveal your sources on your mother being the pope? Or is that just more of your rambling through red shirt dream land?

Perhaps they could settle it by mud-wrestiling, and sell tickets, for charity ? rolleyes.gif

Good idea. Makes more sense than proposing a bill to politically divide the nation even more than it is and calling it reconciliation.

I think 1,000 baht would be a good price and the proceeds could go to all the shop owners and road side cart owners who lost a lot of money if not thee business due to the actions of one man with no morals and enough money to buy people with the same ethics as he has.

Did they have to buy there own red shirts or did he buy them for them with money he had already scammed off them?wai.gif

Thailand.

Rule nr 1

NEVER ask WHY!

The moment you start asking question you ( unknown to you) drag yourself in everyday life.......MENTAL CHAOS.

What we Westerners don't/can't understand is that Thai's in general make sence out of nonsens for a living.

Without this mechanism there is nothing left...so?

keep smiling.

An upstanding pillar of society such as the esteemed Suthep would never stoop so low as to have a guilty conscious - the nerve of some people implying such rubbish....sick.gif

Not much different between Chalerm and Suthep.

Both made their money

Suggesting that any politician has a guilty conscience is a waste of time. It's a pity however that you can only target one when the accuser has far more reason to deny his conscience. It's the pot calling the kettle black.

Yes, no problem, when she was full of gin driving me home from school ( sometimes i helped with the gin and the driving ) she often talked to God..............

Nothing to do with " red shirt dreamland" just a normal upbringing.

Fair statement... I'll give you that... Yes, Chalerm is a Richard Cranium...

If one man was known to put pressure on the DSI and was actively leading the falsification of investigative reports it was mister Suthep himself.

Got any proof of that? If so publish it.

Do you know and believe personally that what you have said100% of the truth, and if so are you willing to confirm that in court?

If not it is SB.

Standard Bullshit.
